To join our network, you need at least 2 years of real estate experience, a clean professional record, and the ability to provide references. While a license is preferred, we consider experienced agents without formal licensing on a case-by-case basis.
Our commission structure is competitive and tiered based on performance. Typical commissions range from 60-80% of the total commission, with higher percentages for top-performing agents. Exact details will be provided during your onboarding.
We typically review applications within 3 business days. If approved, you'll receive onboarding materials and can start listing properties immediately. The entire process from application to active status usually takes 5-7 business days.
We provide comprehensive support including professional photography for listings, digital marketing campaigns, CRM tools, contract templates, and ongoing training. Our team is also available to assist with complex transactions.
